Baz “Smiley” Armstrong - Sharkfolk Barbarian - DM Stash

Baz “Smiley” Armstrong is a sharkfolk barbarian who brings an anchor to the fight—and an unsettlingly confident grin.

This high-detail DM Stash miniature depicts a battle-ready aquatic warrior with layered gear, a massive anchor weapon, and two head-style options for the exact flavor of trouble your table needs.

🔥 Why You’ll Love It

• Choose a Hammerhead or Standard Shark head style—same anchor, distinctly different intimidation strategy.
• Great fit for sharkfolk barbarian, aquatic fighter, pirate crew, seaside NPC, and fantasy RPG miniature collections.
• Supplied unpainted and unprimed; some assembly required.

His name is “Smiley.”
The anchor insists you take that on faith.
