Welcome to CeeForge. By visiting our website or placing an order, you agree to these Terms of Service.

CeeForge sells physical 3D-printed resin miniatures, terrain, bases, hobby accessories, and related tabletop products. We are a small independent business and many items are made to order, inspected by hand, and packed individually before shipment.

1. Products and Product Information

CeeForge sells physical products only unless a product page clearly states otherwise. We do not sell downloadable STL files.

Product photos, renders, descriptions, scale information, and included components are provided to help customers understand what they are purchasing. Please read each product listing carefully before ordering.

Unless specifically stated otherwise, miniatures are sold:

unpainted;
without assembly or painting supplies; and
as physical resin prints.

Some products may arrive in more than one piece when that is necessary for safe printing or shipping. When assembly is required, the product description will say so.

Because resin miniatures are produced and finished by hand, minor differences in surface finish, support-contact placement, or color may occur. These normal production variations do not affect the intended use of the product. If an item arrives damaged, incorrect, or materially defective, please contact us under our Refund Policy.

2. Orders and Acceptance

Placing an order is an offer to purchase the listed product or products. CeeForge reserves the right to accept, decline, limit, or cancel an order when necessary, including in cases of:

product availability issues;
pricing or listing errors;
suspected fraud or unauthorized transactions;
shipping restrictions;
incorrect customer information; or
circumstances that prevent us from fulfilling the order responsibly.

If we cancel an order after payment has been collected, we will issue a refund for the canceled item or order.

3. Prices, Payments, and Taxes

Prices are shown in the currency displayed at checkout. Applicable shipping charges, taxes, duties, and other checkout charges are shown before you complete your purchase.

Customers are responsible for providing accurate billing and shipping information. For international orders, customers are responsible for any customs duties, VAT, import taxes, brokerage fees, or other charges imposed by the destination country unless those charges are expressly collected at checkout.

4. Shipping and Delivery

Shipping, processing times, free-shipping offers, tracking, international shipments, and delivery questions are governed by our Shipping Policy.

Most orders are prepared within 1–5 business days, and all orders are intended to ship within 14 calendar days of purchase, subject to the terms of our Shipping Policy.

Carrier delivery estimates are not guaranteed. Delays caused by carriers, customs, weather, holidays, inaccurate addresses, or other circumstances outside CeeForge’s control may affect delivery after an order has shipped.

5. Returns, Refunds, and Order Issues

Returns, refunds, exchanges, damaged items, incorrect items, and missing-item claims are governed by our Refund Policy.

Please inspect your order promptly after delivery. If something is damaged, incorrect, or missing, contact us within the timeframe stated in the Refund Policy and include your order number and clear photos when possible.

6. Cancellations and Order Changes

If you need to cancel an order or correct a shipping address, contact us as soon as possible.

Because many CeeForge products are made to order, we cannot guarantee that cancellations or changes can be made once production, packing, or shipment has begun. We will make a good-faith effort to help whenever possible.

7. Hobby Use and Safety

CeeForge products are hobby items and may contain small parts, sharp details, or delicate components.

These products are not intended for children under 14 years of age. Adult supervision is recommended when minors are handling, assembling, modifying, priming, or painting miniatures.

Use appropriate hobby safety practices when working with resin miniatures, adhesives, hobby knives, primers, paints, and other hobby materials.

8. Intellectual Property and Site Content

The CeeForge name, logo, website design, product descriptions, original photography, and other original CeeForge content are owned by CeeForge or used with permission.

You may not copy, reproduce, distribute, resell, or use CeeForge website content, branding, product photos, or descriptions for commercial purposes without written permission.

Product pages may identify independent designers or artists where applicable. Any such credit is provided for informational purposes and does not imply that CeeForge is affiliated with, endorsed by, or acting on behalf of any unrelated game company, brand, or rights holder.

9. Website Use

You agree not to use this website for unlawful, fraudulent, abusive, or disruptive purposes.

You may not attempt to interfere with the website, checkout process, payment systems, customer accounts, or other users’ access to CeeForge.

10. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, CeeForge’s liability for any claim relating to a purchase or use of a CeeForge product will not exceed the amount paid for the specific product giving rise to the claim.

Nothing in these Terms is intended to limit rights that cannot legally be limited under applicable consumer-protection law.

11. Changes to These Terms

CeeForge may update these Terms of Service from time to time. The most current version will always be posted on this page with its effective date.

Changes apply to future use of the website and future purchases after publication. Orders already placed remain subject to the terms in effect when the order was submitted, except where a change is required by law.
